Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the MusalsalGo app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Samer Ben Khadra (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages and features of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• In-app actions such as shows viewed, watchlist additions, ratings submitted, reviews written, and search queries

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

User Accounts

The Application offers optional account creation via Apple Sign In or email and password. If you create an account, the Service Provider may collect and store:

• Your email address and display name
• Your watchlist, watch history, ratings, and reviews
• Account authentication tokens

Guest users may use core features of the Application without creating an account. In guest mode, watchlist data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to or retained by the Service Provider's servers. This data will be lost if the Application is uninstalled.

User-Generated Content

If you submit a rating or review through the Application, that content will be stored on the Service Provider's servers and may be visible to other users of the Application. Your display name will appear alongside any reviews you publish. You may request deletion of your reviews or ratings at any time by contacting the Service Provider.

Analytics

The Application uses PostHog, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymised data about how users interact with the Application. This may include events such as screens visited, features used, and actions taken within the Application. This data is used solely to improve the Application and is not used to identify individual users. PostHog processes data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
